Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

If your tracking information is not immediately updated, please allow some time for the carrier to scan and update the shipment. If you have any concerns, contact our customer support team and we'll be happy to assist you.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in the event of a size issue caused by our mistake.

If we send you the wrong size, we will arrange an exchange for the correct size.

However, if you select the wrong size when placing your order, we will not be able to offer an exchange or refund.

Defective or Incorrect Items
